Community

Marcelland, our private Discord server, is our peer-led virtual support group fostering an inclusive community for students, parents, and guardians. It provides a safe space for parents and guardians to connect, share updates about their children enrolled at Once Upon a Voice, and seek guidance on supporting their musical growth. Students under 13 may participate in designated channels under the active supervision of their parents or guardians, who are responsible for managing their involvement to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service. This supervision ensures a secure and welcoming experience for our youngest members. The server also offers teen and adult students a venue to connect, celebrate achievements, and seek advice on their growth as musicians. Positive, respectful interactions are at the heart of Marcelland, reflecting our trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming approach to ensure all members feel valued and supported.
